د. خالد أبو عصبة
د. خالد أبو عصبة هو مدير معهد مسار للأبحاث, التخطيط والإستشارة- جت المثلث, ومحاضر في قسم العلوم الإجتماعية في كلية بيت بيرل. وقد أنهى تعليمه للقب الأول والثاني في التربية في جامعة بار إيلان.وحصل على شهادة الدكتوراة في علم الإجتماع والعلوم الإنسانية من جامعة- بار إيلان أيضا. موضوع أطروحة الدكتوراة هو "المفاهيم العائلية والمدرسية كمنبئة لتدخلات عنيفة عند الطلاب في المدارس العربية في إسرائيل". وهو مدير مشروع استراتيجيات لرفع مستوى العرب في إسرائيل في المجالات في معهد فان لير في القدس.
