Kahlon presented the draft of the new arrangements law to Netanyahu. The cabinet meeting on the new budget was postponed to the first half of August – no tax increases expected.
At a Van Leer Institute conference last week, Shmuel Abramzon, head of research division of the National Economic Council in the Prime Minister's office, estimated that the new deficit target is expected to rise to about 2.8%.
