Dr. Ari Schick is a postdoctoral fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Tel Aviv University. He received a PhD in Philosophy specializing in Bioethics, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and master’s degree in Jewish Philosophy.

His research critically examines the speculative bioethical discourse on possible future technologies and how this discourse affects our understanding of current issues in bioethics.

He lives in Jerusalem with his family.
