Working closely and regularly with department and unit heads to develop proposals, gather information, and prepare reports. Preparing budgets for proposals and reports in collaboration with the Institute\u2019s professional and financial teams.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Administration:<\/strong> Managing the administrative activities related to resource development, including registration in systems and databases, handling bureaucratic processes with external parties, preparing and submitting organizational documents, and maintaining ongoing records of the department\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Full-time position (100%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Start Date: 23 August 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Required Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Ability to understand the Institute\u2019s fields of research.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills in English and Hebrew.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in grant writing and fundraising \u2013 a significant advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Excel and experience preparing budgets \u2013 an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative experience, task-prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree, preferably in social sciences or humanities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Please send a CV and cover letter to Ayeletn@vanleer.org.il by 23 July 2026.
