Dr. Rafi Reznik won the inaugural annual prize for best post published on the blog of the Israeli chapter of the International Society of Public Law, ICON-S-IL, as chosen by the blog's editorial board and the chapter's chairs. The prize is given for Rafi's entry, "The Problem of the Dead Hand of the Past in the Reasonableness Judgment", and will be awarded in the chapter's annual conference in April.
