Conversation between Prof. Emmy van Deurzen and Dr. Anastasiia Zinevych

Polonsky Salon will be dedicated to the existential-phenomenological approach, which is developed by Prof. Emmy van Deurzen in philosophy and psychotherapy, to the methodology of Structural Existential Analysis, and ways of its application to the clients' narratives in therapy and in qualitative research. A new book of Prof. Emmy van Deurzen: "Structural Existential Analysis: An Existential-Phenomenological Method for Researching Life" (Routledge, 2025, co-author: Claire Arnold-Baker) will be discussed as well.

Prof. Emmy van Deurzen, PhD, Visiting Professor at Middlesex University (UK), FBPsS, CPsychol, fellow of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, Founder Director of Existential Academy (London), Founder Director of the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (London), founder of the Society for Existential Analysis and its journal "Existential Analysis", President of Existential Movement.
