Shem Shemy is a film-director, painter and philosopher. His film "Por el Flamenco" (2009) won three prizes at international film festivals and was chosen for screening at 19 festivals worldwide. Sheym teaches philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and his dissertation is devoted to the development of a new theory about the cognitive foundations of moral sensitivity. Shemy is a non-cognitive skills test developer at the National Institute for Testing and Evaluation (NITE).
