What will the Jerusalem of tomorrow look like? Could young people from East Jerusalem be the ones to bring a new vision for shared life in the city?
The Forum for Regional Thinking at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute and Ir Amim invite you to a special evening as part of the Al-Quds Syndrome project — exploring the Jerusalem you may not know.
A live podcast hosted by journalist Eli Bitan, featuring East Jerusalem residents speaking about life in the city “joined together”: the challenges and dilemmas they face, how they view integration into academic institutions in West Jerusalem, and how they imagine Jerusalem’s future.
The event will take place at Mazkeka, 3 Shushan St., Jerusalem.
Participants:
Dina Nabulsi – Director of the Al-Bashaer Leadership Program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Hussam Moussa – Jerusalem tour guide and founder of the “Frisbee on the Seam” initiative.
