Former program director in the Israel in the Middle East cluster.
Haifa develops and manages educational projects on a wide variety of topics and develops study materials in the areas of democracy and civics that are suitable for all Israeli youngsters. She has a BA in sociology and an MA in education. Haifa worked for several years as a field officer of the International Red Cross, responsible for the area of Jericho, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem. She joined the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute in 1995.
